RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept any unwashed and unworn merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase to the original method of payment. All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and hygienic liners in place. Due to health safety reasons, any merchandise that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Any shipping and handling charges incurred on the original order are not refundable.

RETURN/EXCHANGE SHIPPING

Exchanges qualify for free return shipping with the use of our pre-addressed USPS Return Shipping Label. This label is good only from addresses within the United States, APO's, FPO's and US Territories where the United States Post Office is in operation.

There is an $8.00 return shipping charge that will be deducted from your return refund for the use of this label without an exchange.

You may use your own method of shipping to return items, but please insure the package and keep your tracking number on file in case the package is lost. SwimSpot will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are not shipped using our USPS Return Shipping Label. We cannot accept COD shipments.

If you are returning an order from outside the U.S. or choose not to use the pre-addressed return label, please send your package via a prepaid, insured, and traceable shipping method to ensure a safe and documented delivery to:

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

1. Please complete the return and exchange section of the form on the back of your original invoice and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning.

If you can’t find the original, print a new return and exchange form by clicking here. 

Be sure to indicate if any of your shipping and billing information has changed, and if you would prefer to receive a refund or make an exchange for another size, color or item. 

2. If you are simply returning an item, you can either choose to pay your own shipping or use our pre-paid USPS Return Shipping Label. There is an $8.00 return shipping charge that will be deducted from your refund for the use of this label without an exchange.

If you are exchanging an item, please fill out our pre-paid USPS Return Shipping Label at no charge. Be sure to retain your tracking number (The 22 digit number below the bar code. i.e. – 9184 9690 1038 6103 2858 81).

3. Cover or remove the original shipping label and ship your package back to us.


RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

For returns, please allow up to one billing cycle for your return refund to reflect accurately in your account. Any shipping and handling charges incurred on your original order are non-refundable.

For returns with a promo code applied, you will be refunded for the amount you have paid over your promo code minus shipping cost. If you are returning only part of your order, any amount left unused must be forfeited. If you are returning your entire order, your promo code will be reactivated for you to use, with its original restrictions applied. No refunds can be issued for any amount purchased through another website/source other than SwimSpot (i.e. LivingSocial, Groupon, etc.).

For exchanges, you will first be refunded to your original method of payment for the merchandise you are sending back, and then an entirely new order, at no shipping cost, will be charged to your original payment method for your exchange, unless otherwise instructed. Separate confirmation e-mails will be sent to the e-mail you provided at checkout for your refund and exchange order. 

For exchanges with a promo code applied, if you are exchanging part of your order, any amount left over from your promo code will be applied to your exchange order. If you are exchanging your entire order, you will first be refunded for the amount you have paid over the promotional value, and that value will be applied to your exchange order. Please note that vouchers such as LivingSocial and Groupon deals are only good for one exchange. No exceptions.


Special offers may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed before 12 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, will typically ship the same business day, pending credit card approval and given that all items are in stock. Any orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day. All items within one order must be in stock before shipping. No shipments will be separated for preorder or backorder items unless otherwise instructed by the customer.

Express orders placed Monday through Friday before 9:00 AM Pacific Standard Time typically ship the same day, excluding holidays, pending credit card approval and in stock availability.

- Express delivery (Second Day and Overnight shipping) is only available for domestic orders in which all items are in stock.
- A residential street address is required for all express orders.
- Express shipping is not available for orders shipping to Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or International orders.

If Saturday Delivery is required, contact SwimSpot Customer Care at 8-SPOT-4-SWIM (877-684-7946) during operational hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) to determine charges and whether Saturday delivery is available in your area.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

- Shipping charges apply to each additional address based on the merchandise total and the desired ship method.
- If a valid free shipping offer is in effect and free shipping is earned based on the combined order total, free shipping discounts apply to each address.
- The same method of shipping must be used for all ship-to addresses, (i.e., USPS)

SHIPPING PREORDER AND BACKORDER ITEMS

- You will be charged shipping & handling only once.
- In stock items on your order will not ship separately from items on preorder or backorder. Your order will ship out in its entirety once all items are in stock.
- Backorder items typically take 14 business days to ship out from the original order date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING SURCHARGES BY COUNTRY

- International orders do not qualify for our free USPS shipping programs. 
- All shipping, duties, and tax charges for all orders shipped outside of the US are the responsibility of the customer (including returns and exchanges).
- Orders shipping outside of the United States are shipped via FedEx International Priority. Delivery averages between 3 to 7 business days.
- Prepaid Shipping, Duties and Taxes: All shipping, duties and taxes are prepaid and customs documents will be prepared before shipment. No additional costs will be due when you receive your order.

SHIPPING
Q: Why am I being charged for shipping when my order is over $75.00?
A: Only orders that are over $75.00 after all discounts/promotional codes/coupons/vouchers are applied are offered free shipping. The overall total, not the sub-total, of your order must be over $75.00 to qualify for free shipping. International Orders do not qualify for free shipping.

Q: How long does it take for my return/exchange to be processed?
A: Once we receive your return/exchange in the mail, it can take up to 7 to 10 business days to process. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your return/exchange is made, and the refund will be returned to your original form of payment. 

Q: I received an e-mail confirmation for my refund - why isn’t it showing up on my card?
A: Refunds are credited to your original form of payment, unless otherwise instructed. Please allow up to one billing cycle for your refund to reflect accurately in your account.

Q: Why was I not refunded for the shipping charge on my original order?
A: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Q: Why was $8.00 deducted from my refund?
A: If you choose to use our pre-paid USPS Return Shipping Label without an exchange, an $8.00 fee will be deducted from your return.

VOUCHERS, COUPONS, AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Q: I purchased a voucher deal with another website (i.e., Living Social, Groupon, etc.) and I’m trying to use the voucher number/promotional code. Why isn’t it working?
A: Any voucher number/promotional code purchased from another website may take up to 48 hours to become active in our system. Once valid, these voucher numbers/promotional codes cannot be combined with any additional promotional codes or discount offers and can only be used with non-sale items. Q: I want to use my voucher number/promo code, but one of the items I want to purchase is on sale.
A: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a further discount on an already-discounted item. If you would like to purchase a sale item, and use a voucher/promo code on other full-priced items, you will need to place separate orders, or we can help you do this over the phone. Q: What if I need to return/exchange something that I used with a voucher deal/coupon code?
A: Please see RETURNS & EXCHANGES. If you are making a return, we will gladly refund any amount you have paid over your voucher/promo code minus shipping. If you are returning only part of your order, any amount left unused must be forfeited. If you are returning your entire order, your voucher number/promo code will be reactivated for use, with its original restrictions applied.

If you are exchanging part of your order, any amount leftover from your voucher number/promo code will be applied to your exchange order. Q: Why wasn’t I refunded for the cost of my voucher deal/coupon code when I returned my order?
A: We are unable to refund any amount purchased through another website. Any voucher deal/promotional code purchased from an outside source (i.e., Living Social Groupon, etc.) can only be refunded by the company you paid for the voucher/promo code from.

Q: The promotional value of my voucher/promo code is expired, but the paid value is not – why is the website not allowing me to apply it to my order?
