Returns, Exchanges & Free Return Shipping
RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt exchange or refund for the merchandise returned. Any shipping charges incurred on the original order are not refundable.
Returned items should be unwashed and unworn with original tags and hygiene strips attached.
Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. It usually takes banks one credit card billing cycle for your credit to appear on you statement.
Returns for an Exchange qualify for Free Return Shipping if you use the USPS Return Shipping label supplied here:

The cost is $8.00 to use this returns label WITHOUT an Exchange Order.
Return shipping is free with an Exchange. Exchange orders qualify for free USPS Priority Mail Shipping as well.
You may use your own method of shipping to return items, but please insure the package and get a tracking number in case the package is lost.
SwimSpot will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are not shipped using our USPS Return Shipping Label. We cannot accept COD shipments.
How to Return/Exchange
- Please complete the return and exchange section of the form on the back of your invoice and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. If you can’t find the original, print a new return and exchange form by clicking here.
- Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on the back of the form.
- Shipping and handling charges on the original order are not refundable.
Pre-addressed Return Labels
For your convenience, we provided a pre-addressed USPS Return Shipping Label with a tracking number. Click here to complete and print your label.
This label is good only from addresses within the United States, APO's, FPO's and US Territories where the United States Post Office is in operation.
Please follow these instructions for using the pre-addressed return label:
Step 1
Click here to fill out your return address and print your label. Be sure to retain your tracking number. (The 22 digit number below the bar code. i.e. – 9184 9690 1038 6103 2858 81)
Step 2
Securely tape the pre-addressed return label to your package. Cover or remove the original shipping label.
Step 3
Include your Return & Exchange Form with the items you are returning. (This shipment is free if you are making an exchange. The cost is $8.00 without an exchange.) Securely seal the package with tape.
Step 4
Mail the package via the United States Postal Service.
Return Address
If you are returning an order from outside the U.S. or choose not to use the pre-addressed return label, please send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable shipping method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. SwimSpot will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are not shipped with our pre-addressed shipping label. We cannot accept COD shipments.
If you are unable to locate your Return and Exchange Form, a printable return and exchange form is available.
The USPS pre-addressed returns label is not valid for international orders.

Express Delivery (2nd Day and Overnight)
Express delivery is available only for items that are in stock.
A residential street address is required for all express orders. Express shipping is not available for orders shipping to Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or International orders.
Express orders placed before 9:00 AM PST typically ship same day pending credit card approval, except weekends and holidays.
Deliveries for Express shipments (2-Day and Overnight) occur Monday through Friday.
If Saturday Delivery is required, contact SwimSpot CustomerCare at 8-SPOT-4-SWIM (877-684-7946) between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday to determine charges and whether Saturday delivery is available in your area
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Shipping charges apply to each additional address based on the merchandise total and the desired ship method.
If a valid free shipping offer is in effect and free shipping is earned based on the combined order total, free shipping discounts apply to each address.
The same method of shipping must be used for all ship-to addresses, (i.e. – Priority Ground)
Shipping Backorders
You will be charged shipping & handling only once. In stock items on your order will not automatically ship separately from items on backorder. Backordered items ship via Priority Ground delivery. (7-14 business days)
International Shipping:
Shipping & Handling, Duties and Taxes by Country:
Orders shipping outside of the United States are shipped via FedEx International Economy.
Delivery averages between 3 to 7 business days.
Prepaid Shipping, Duties and Taxes: All shipping, duties and taxes are prepaid and customs documents will be prepared before shipment. No additional costs will be due when you receive your order.
Returns & Exchanges:
Charges for Shipping, Duties and Taxes for Returns and Exchanges on orders shipped outside of the United States are the responsibility of the customer. International orders do not qualify for our domestic free shipping programs.
