Fall is finally here! Time to dig up those scarves, boots, and cardigans buried deep inside your closet. In terms of fashion, this is definitely my favorite time of year – I especially love the bold pops of color that are trending this season. And of course, the layers!
But unfortunately, being bundled up in sweaters and coats doesn’t quite give me the motivation to work out. I won’t be sporting a bikini any time soon anyways so what’s the point, right?

I am actually really proud of myself because a little over a week ago I finished Tony Horton's 90 day P90X workout series!!!! I wholeheartedly recommend this workout program
I did not follow the nutrition plan because I am happy with my current nutrition. I did however find a great resource for those who are vegan and want to follow the P90X nutrition plan. Beach Body has a newsletter article specifying how to follow the nutrition plan as a vegan (click here for the article).

A nutritious diet is one of the most important components to good health, a high energy level, weight loss, and overall fitness. The first tip of this boot camp season is how to plan ahead so when you walk in the door after a long day you make healthy choices and don’t feel like reaching for those lovely carbohydrates that rob us of the real energy we need.

In my day-to-day life, I feel like I never have any extra spare time. I feel like I barely have enough “me” time. The OC Fair is what I have been waiting for all summer. I have been craving the excitement since last year after I went many times with my friends and family. The smell of the deep fried oreo is something I cannot forget. Some of my best memories have been at this FAIR!! And guess what…it’s back.

I read some interesting articles and words of wisdom on fitness this past weekend. One piece of wisdom that hit home with me was an article on, "What are your Goals?" Being as that I am 6 months pregnant, I felt like, well, what can I strive for? Basically, a healthy pregnancy that I bounce back from. But, beyond that, what are my personal goals? So I ask you, what are YOUR GOALS?
