Swim season is just around the corner and you will soon be poolside soaking up the sun in your “itsey, bitsey, teenie, weenie, yellow polka dot bikini” (well maybe not the yellow polka dot part). Are you ready to strut your stuff? We came across a great article in Women’s Health Magazine where they shared three yoga poses that are guaranteed to burn calories and firm up your derrière in two weeks flat! I don’t know about you, but my derriere needs a little extra work this time of year.
