Best Dressed at the CMA Awards

It’s country music’s biggest night…of fashion! The country music industry boasts some of the hottest starlets in the world (Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert, and Taylor Swift to name a few) and all of these beautiful, talented musicians showed up to this year’s event. From ornate ribbon gowns to classic Hollywood looks, this year’s fashions certainly covered it all.

Sexy Slits
Taylor Swift chose the more classic Hollywood look with her stunning red gown by Monique Lhuillier that was accented by a sexy side slit and gathered detailing. This ultra slimming gown is perfect for the sophisticated young lady and really showed off her best features. Taylor is right on trend for this season’s biggest trends and would look absolutely fabulous in the She’s Ditsy G-Cut One Piece Swimsuit by Guess. This swimsuit is perfect for her body type and would allow her to show her slim figure by the side cutout accent. Way to go Taylor on looking breathtaking at the CMA Awards!

Vivid Tones
Katherine Heigel glided down the red carpet making a bold statement at the CMAs with her vivid navy blue strapless gown by Farah Angsana. Its beautiful simple details such as the pleating at the bust and a train which fanned out at the thigh gave this look an ultra luxurious vibe. Katherine’s body shape looks stunning in this gown and would also look fabulous in the Luxe by Lisa Vogel Vintage Malliot One Piece Swimsuit. Its deep blue tone, dainty crystal accents, and ruching showcases a sophisticated swimwear look that would showcase her beautiful curves.

Ruffled Up
One of the best looks of the night came from Jennifer Nettles who wore a form fitting, strapless dress by Luisa Beccaria. Its ruched bodice and textured ruffled skirt added simple details to this sophisticated look. Nettles picked the perfect dress for her body shape and allowed the dress to make a statement without being over the top. Jennifer would look stunning in the Ella Moss Solid Ruffle Bikini because its oversized ruffles and lush fabric keep this swimsuit on-trend.

  • Look Good, Feel GoodFall is finally here! Time to dig up those scarves, boots, and cardigans buried deep inside your closet. In terms of fashion, this is definitely my favorite time of year – I especially love the bold pops of color that are trending this season. And of course, the layers! But unfortunately, being bundled up in sweaters and coats doesn’t quite give me the motivation to work out. I won’t be sporting a bikini any time soon anyways so what’s the point, right? Wrong! We’re all aiming for that perfect beach body once Spring rolls along, so why not start working for it now? Getting toned and fit is a gradual process—although I’m sure we all wish it would happen overnight. Swimsuit season will be coming around the corner before you know it, so save yourself from the intense dieting and exercise the week before spring break and start now!
