The whole world needs to stop every now and then and breathe. Take in the air. Deep. Breathe in. Breath out. Breathe.
Why?
It helps you relax.
It helps you slow down (me especially, I’m whirling dervish).
It can help you focus.
It can turn a negative attitude.
It gives you time to think about the one you love. The dream vacation. The long walk you WILL be taking tonight.
Breathe. It just plain helps.
