Eat Your Way to Gorgeous

Have you ever thought that incorporating Salmon into your diet could reduce wrinkles and puffiness?  Or that strawberries could brighten your smile?  Well here are some of the best tips of the fall for eating your way to a more beautiful and healthy body.

I just love Salmon!  In fact, did you know that one of the best known skin beautifying secrets is that Alaskan Wild Salmon is packed full of Omega Fatty acids which helps to reduce inflammation, as well as enhances your natural radiance?  Well, this fatty fish has even had its own beauty diet created after it which is known as "The Wrinkle Cure." Seriously!

One of the sweetest things about strawberries is not only their juicy taste, but also the wonders that they can do for your body.  I know that this extra boost of Vitamin C is just what I need to get through the chilly fall months and fight off the flu.  This extra Vitamin C allows me to continue my winter workout routine and get back into my ruffle bikini in no time.  Strawberries also contain malic acid, which is a natural astringent that can help remove discoloration from teeth so you can have your summer smile year round. You can also try blueberries, kiwis, and oranges for they too can work wonders.  My personal favorites are kiwis and strawberries, which is why I’m sure to include them in my morning smoothies!

If you’re looking for something to bake this fall that is sure to keep your skin fresh and smooth try some home baked sweet potatoes.  Not only are they full of fiber, but they also contain Vitamin A which is an antioxidant that helps keep your skin clear and glowing.  In fact, according to the Center for Science in the Public Interest(CSPI) the sweet potato was ranked number one in nutrition out of all vegetables.  If you’re looking to stay healthy this fall, I would definitely recommend this one for the whole family. I actually found a Sweet Potatoes N’ Pears Recipe that would be great for the holidays! I absolutely love it!

After all, don't you want to look young and healthy all year round?  You can.  Just follow some of my easy tips! So don't forget to eat your fruits and veggies and you’ll be well on your way to a more healthy and fit body; A body that is sure to turn heads when it’s time to pull out that flirty bikini in your closet!

Until next time,

Stephanie
