As 2010 winds down, we wanted to give a huge shout out to our favorite super stars that put their fitness goals first and foremost. Yes, they are celebs but at the same time they struggle with the day to day weight gain just like we do. Our top three fittest females of 2010 give us the motivation to keep up with that diet through the holidays.
After slimming down from a size 16 to a size 6, everyone wanted to know Jennifer Hudson’s weight loss trick. With the combination of Weight Watchers and hitting the gym 5 times a week she turned her body into a toned, curvaceous masterpiece. Be sure to check out what’s working for this new spokeswoman of Weight Watchers on her blog. We love how Jennifer slimmed down but still kept her feminine figure. You go girl!

After her appearance on Dancing with the Stars, Miss Kelly Osbourne dropped five, count them five, dress sizes. New Year’s Resolution: Hit the gym. Try adding in a Zumba or Salsa class into your routine and you’ll be dancing your way to a slimmer you just like Kelly.

Last but not least – the adventurous, outdoorsy Jessica Biel. This starlet reached new heights in her fitness career by reaching the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Not only did she do this to stay in tip-top shape, but she also had another reason in mind – to raise money and awareness for the growing need for clean drinking water worldwide.

These three fascinating females give us the strength and motivation to continue working towards our bikini bodies as well as a more positive outlook on life. We can’t wait to see who will make the list for 2011!
