Get Out and SUP Today!




IT'S SUNNY AND SPRING AND SUMMER'S ON THE WAY! TIME TO GET OUT AND SUP! SUP (stand up paddle boarding) is the fastest growing water sport in the world. It's easy to learn and it's a fun way to get fit; it's a total body workout that especially trains the core. Once you try it, you'll be hooked! You can learn to SUP with Suzanne Yeo at NAC (Newport Aquatic Center). First you will learn on a very buoyant SUP board with a lightweight paddle and once you do, you can have a gym on the water; distance paddles, yoga, resistance, etc.  Get your group together and set up a time and day.
