Get Rejuvenated in 3 Easy Steps

If you’re ready to try something new this year and not only feel better about yourself but also look younger than go ahead and try these few easy steps. Sometimes the littlest things can make a big difference. Follow these small steps and you’ll certainly look your best through this winter and be back into your summer bikini in no time!

Time to Flex
Lifting weights now can slow down the middle age spread that every women dreads. The truth is a study was done that women decreased their body fat by 3.7% making them look and feel stronger. Strength training not only builds muscle but it burns calories from unwanted fat. So it’s time to add that strength training class to your workout routine or pick up that 5 lb. weight during your favorite guilty pleasure show and crunch out some tricep and bicep work. My personal favorite – skull crushers. They get rid of that unwanted flab. By your holiday vacation you’ll be able to show off your pretty features in a designer bikini

Soothe Your Skin
I’m sure that you’ve tried many times to get rid of those dry patches or red rashes on your skin with very expensive prescriptions, but have you ever tried just an over the counter moisturizer? Sometimes you can really irritate your skin by constantly changes medications to get that young and youthful look, but in reality, all you really need is a basic skin moisturizer that has all your vitamins in it. Once you know it’s a gentle solution for your dry skin, stick with it. I know that I have tried to find that perfect one myself and it can be frustrating and expensive. A tip I have picked up along the way – just because it smells good doesn’t mean it’s going to work. Sometimes the better they smell the more irritated skin gets. I stick to simple and natural now. My skin really appreciates the nightly moisturizer I slather on before I hit the sack. Yes, I’m only in my 20’s but its good to start preventing unwanted wrinkles early on.

Soak Up Nature
Ever thought that being exposed to nature could improve your memory? Well, taking a half-hour to an hour walk everyday actually is a natural brain booster which also helps you recall more information throughout your day. According to a study done by researchers, walking through nature doesn’t require much thought and actually allows the brain to get the rest it so very much needs. Nature allows your body to relax and de-stress without doing a whole lot of physical activity but is still enough to keep your body healthy and in shape. So instead of grabbing your latte and indulging your mind into the latest gossip, talk a walk with your four-legged friend and enjoy the outdoors.

So if you’re ready to look and feel more rejuvenated than ever try these simple steps of mine. Be sure to incorporate healthy eating, adequate amounts of exercise and “me” time into your hectic lifestyle. It’s so important to take care of your body because if you feel better on the inside than you look better on the outside. And don’t forget, you want to look absolutely stunning this year in your fun and flirty bikini beach attire!

Until next time,

Stephanie
