At SwimSpot, we believe that Grand Openings should be GRAND. And with that, for those of you who’ll be in the OC on August 17th, we want you to join us at the brand new Fashion Island SwimSpot. From 7-9 pm we’ll be celebrating one of our favorite designers and collections – Luxe by Lisa Vogel – at our Fashion Island SwimSpot Grand Opening Soiree Benefitting the Orangewood Children’s Foundation.
Fashion Island represents our 6th boutique to open this swim season. Exciting times for our team and our brand. We continue to gather praise and recognition from local, regional, and national press, which inspires us to provide the very best customer service to women’s swimwear customers online at www.swimspot.com and in our boutiques.
Now for the fun stuff! Lisa Vogel will be on hand to present a VIP viewing of her recent Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Swim fashion show. If you weren’t in the know, Luxe was selected the Mercedes Benz Presents collection of the year – a spectacular honor in the world of swim for the 4-year old brand and Lisa. Her show and 2012 collection were lauded by editors and buyers alike in Miami. And since we couldn’t be down in South Beach to see the show in person, we all get to experience the next best thing. After our special viewing of her show, Luxe models will work the room as SwimSpot staff take exclusive VIP pre-orders. Did we mention we are huge fans? HUGE!
Our Grand Opening event is free to the public. So pop in, enjoy some great food compliments of Newport Beach’s favorite ‘A Restaurant’, sip on some Piper-Heidsieck bubbly, enjoy a refreshing Primo lager, and surreptitiously munch down a fabled Sprinkles cupcake. Splurge. It is a party after all.
Proceeds from a raffle and a percentage of sales during the event will be donated to the Orangewood Children’s Foundation. Orangewood is near and dear to my heart. The focus of the organization is to support children in the foster care system through developing and facilitating a wide range ofprograms, events, scholarships and other services for this much deserved group of young people. For more information on Orangewood, visit www.orangewoodfoundation.org.
So, are you feeling up to hobnobbing with us on the 17th. If yes, RSVP by contacting Marnie at Marnie@rajman.com.
Hope to see you at Fashion Island!
Chris
