It’s Yacht Time!!!

Hello SwimSpot,

My name is Analise and I am one of the newest interns here!  I am super excited to be working with such great people, and such great product! Summer of 2011 has just begun and I cannot wait for all the events to begin! This year’s extravaganza will be filled with vacations, beach days, and afternoon yacht parties.  Swimwear is at the top of my to-do list and the necessity to be fashionable is right behind it.

Splendid’s versatile swimwear line is my first choice for this summers swimwear.  Vintage bandeaus, floral ditsy patterns, and nautical stripes, are a must have for this season of swimwear.  While tanning with my girlfriends in Newport this summer, Splendid’s Blossom Bandeau Bikini Top in Navy paired with the Blossom Strip Bikini Bottom in Navy will ensure that my tan lines will be kept to a minimalist and keep me looking fashion-forward no matter how hot the heat gets.  I'm sure that my friends will secretly envy me.  The ditsy floral pattern is the most feminine pattern of this years swimsuit season. This swimsuit’s cute buttoned detail is so flirtatious, it might be hard to keep eyes off of me.

For the late summer afternoons that I am aboard a yacht party, I will keep cool in Splendid’s Marine Stripe Navy Halter Bikini Top with a Marine Stripe Navy Tunnel Side Bottom.  This chic swimsuit makes me feel like I am a member of the owners private yacht club!    The front tie detail and nautical striped pattern give the impression that I have been sailing for years.  The swimsuit is so comfortable and supportive that it flatters any body type.  As the night continues I’ll have my Splendid Marine Stripe Benji Cover Up Dress in Navy to throw over my swimsuit.  This classy dress is so versatile and will ensure that I am the life of the party!

I can switch out my sandals for my sexy wedges to dress this up for the evening.  Add some accessories and you have yourself a perfect party outfit!

Whatever your destination is this summer, Splendid has a bikini for your body and style in order to make your summer of 2011 effortlessly perfect and memorable.

  • Look Good, Feel GoodFall is finally here! Time to dig up those scarves, boots, and cardigans buried deep inside your closet. In terms of fashion, this is definitely my favorite time of year – I especially love the bold pops of color that are trending this season. And of course, the layers! But unfortunately, being bundled up in sweaters and coats doesn’t quite give me the motivation to work out. I won’t be sporting a bikini any time soon anyways so what’s the point, right? Wrong! We’re all aiming for that perfect beach body once Spring rolls along, so why not start working for it now? Getting toned and fit is a gradual process—although I’m sure we all wish it would happen overnight. Swimsuit season will be coming around the corner before you know it, so save yourself from the intense dieting and exercise the week before spring break and start now!
