Keep the flu bug away…far, far away with aerobic training. Studies show that 20 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise—such as jogging, biking, or swimming—on five or more days per week will help fight that nasty flu bug.
Are you a busy bee like me? It’s hard to fit in a good workout when you are rushing from one event to another. I’ve found a few quick-fixes on on iTunes podcasts, Youtube, and other online sites. They’re quick and easy to do in home and saves you a trip to the gym and back.
