Stylish Shades

Last year, Rachel Bilson wrote for InStyle.com as their resident columnist. Let’s face it, we all became addicted to the column and there’s no denying it! Now this fashionista will be taking her love for style to a whole new level. She recently signed on as Sunglass Hut’s new style advisor. This star is so bright, she’s gotta wear shades! Be sure to pick up a pair of cool shades to go with your SwimSpot bikini.

Rachel Bilson will star in ad campaigns, make personal appearances and have her own blog on Sunglass Hut’s site! Talk about a dream job. She will get to mingle with industry mavens like Tory Burch and hopefully land her dream interview with Karl Lagerfeld, an icon always sporting the hottest sunglasses. She will also be chatting with clients like you, so be sure to put your two cents in!

Looking for sunglasses that will give you Audrey Hepburn’s Breakfast at Tiffany’s feel? There are several options from the Vogue line. Whichever you choose, make sure it’s paired with the Hermitage Maillot, a one piece swimsuit by LUXE by Lisa Vogel. Together they create a high-class beauty like no other.

Feeling a bit more edgy? Try Ray-Bans like Tom Cruise in Risky Business. This style fits great on medium to large faces. Pair it with the Hurley Siegfried Triangle Bikini Top and Shirred Bikini Bottom. Black and white never looked so good.

What’s hot in tinsel town right now? Answer – aviators of every size, shape and color. They are easy to wear and work well with just about every face. Throw on the Party ‘N My Cabana floral cover up and accessorize with gold framed aviators. Looking like a star was never easier than this duo!

We can’t wait to see the outcome of Rachel’s first campaign, which will be shot next month. Stay tuned for more style advice, and let us know what some of your favorite sunny day looks are!

In terms of fashion, this is definitely my favorite time of year – I especially love the bold pops of color that are trending this season. And of course, the layers! But unfortunately, being bundled up in sweaters and coats doesn’t quite give me the motivation to work out. I won’t be sporting a bikini any time soon anyways so what’s the point, right? Wrong! We’re all aiming for that perfect beach body once Spring rolls along, so why not start working for it now? Getting toned and fit is a gradual process—although I’m sure we all wish it would happen overnight. Swimsuit season will be coming around the corner before you know it, so save yourself from the intense dieting and exercise the week before spring break and start now!
